Refund Policy
If a competitor has registered for an event but is unable to compete, we will offer that competitor the option of using the unused registration fee towards another event. Please email us and we will work out a solution.
Shipping & Return Information
For domestic orders of products such as shirts, hats and etc., we use the United States Post Office 1st Class. We ship from Texas. 1st Class characteristically takes from 2 to 5 days, depending upon the distance from TX. If you are unsatisfied with the product or if the order is defective in any way, let us know via email at your earliest convenience, with a description of the problem, so that we can correct the problem promptly.

Accepted Terms & Conditions for Competitors
All Competitors that compete in Grapple America events acknowledge and hereby release Grapple America and any and all other persons associated with this organization in any capacity, from any and all liability due to injuries that may incur as a result of attendance and/or participation at any of their sponsored events. Grappling is a very dangerous sport and it is understood that the fighting aspect of this sport and competition involves bodily contact. Serious injuries are possible due to the nature of the activity. Grappling is an extremely taxing sport, and competitors that register are acknowledging that they are in adequate physical condition to engage in this type of activity and accept responsibility for injuries, etc. that may occur. The organization sponsoring this event will not assume financial or other responsibilities for injuries or illness suffered from or related to their competitions, nor will they be responsible for any loss to attendees as a result of damages of their person or personal items through fire, theft or other causes. All competitors must read, understand, and agree to abide by the rules associated with Grapple America and assume all responsibility and any associated liability for infringement of such rules. Furthermore, competitors hereby waive any compensation whatsoever for the use of pictures or video production of them, utilized by those associated with this organization, for any profit-making at anytime. Competitors agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless all the above named parties from any liability.
Special Notes- The division selections posted on our website may be subject to change based on competitor registration and turn out at event. We reserve the right to expand, combine, or eliminate divisions to ensure fair competition. We do NOT encourage cutting weight. We will do our best to make sure all divisions and especially youth divisions are matched based on age, experience, gender, and weight.
